End of Lease Cleaning Terms

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking for our End of Lease Clean, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not make a booking.

2. Standard End of Lease Clean

We only provide the standard list of services, plus any additional services listed in the booking form. Please see here for the services we provide in our Standard End of Lease Clean. If you require additional cleaning services, please request a custom quote.

3. State of the Property to be cleaned

All properties booked for an End of Lease Clean, must be empty, that means, there must be no rubbish, furniture or belongings present at the property when our cleaners start. Our cleaners will not start cleaning if a property is not completely empty.

Our standard clean is provided for properties that can be cleaned with standard cleaning products. If our cleaners arrive and the property is very dirty we will provide you with a quote to clean. If you do not wish to accept the quote, we will refund the fees you paid upon booking, less a fee of $110, which is our standard late notice cancellation fee.

4. Power and Water

Our cleaners require power and water to be connected in order to clean the property. If our cleaners arrive and there is no power and water, your clean will be cancelled or rebooked. If your clean is cancelled, we will refund the fees you paid upon booking, less a fee of $110, which is our standard late notice cancellation fee. If you wish to rebook after you have reconnected the power and water, you will need to pay an additional $110.

5. Cancellation of Booking

You may cancel a booking without penalty giving 2 business days notice and your full payment will be refunded.

If you give less than 2 business days notice, we will refund the fees you paid upon booking, less a fee of $110, which is our standard late notice cancellation fee.

6. Rescheduling a booking

You may reschedule a booking without penalty giving 2 business days notice.

If you give less than 2 business days notice, we will rebook you for an additional fee of $110.

7. Cleaning Guarantee

After we have provided our End of Lease Cleaning service, we guarantee that you will pass the cleaning aspect of your end of lease inspection based on the items you elected to have cleaned. If you do not select all items to be cleaned, we only guarantee the items that have been cleaned by our cleaners. Also, please note that our standard cleaning does not include stain removal or repair of items.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

9. Changes to Terms

HomeACT reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
